Where Have I Been?

I have been here, not going anywhere. Still a wife and a mom, a new-place-to-go seeker and a food lover on the weekend. The most change is now I really doing my job as process engineer. Haha! Gratefully, the project that I have been waiting for almost one year is starting this year. I mobilized to project office on early January and now have been almost six months doing the project.

The project itself is owned by BP, an expansion of LNG Tangguh Plant where is located at Papua. Now we are doing the FEED phase, which the most interesting thing is we do this phase compete with other join operation. Tripatra, with Chiyoda, Saipem and SAE (CSTS) versus JGC, KBR and Rekin. CSTS office takes place is Saipem office which is in Alamanda Tower and JGC-KBR-Rekin takes place in Antam office.

Although now I am kind of focusing on my job and seen forgetting activities that I like such as cooking, blogging, or other social media activities, somehow I feel happy doing the job. Because I feel grateful given this opportunity: being a part of big project in Indonesia's oil and gas, working with people from other companies and other countries, and learning much much more about process engineering (which there is a lot of knowledge and understanding that I don't know before doing this project).

The process group in this project consists of some sections which are ORF, Warm, Cold, Utility, and P&ID team. I join in Cold Section which is doing the Fractionation and Refrigeration Unit, and Propane and Mixed Refrigerant Compressor System. I work with other eight engineers: 3 from Tripatra, 3 from SAE, and 2 from Chiyoda. Below is the picture of Cold Section CSTS when had a lunch together:

Hope I can do the job well and gain knowledge as much as I can! Hehehe :)
